In my continued efforts to clear my name from the lies that Peter Kirschner has spread about me- in particular the one about me stealing $20k from his scumbag company.
I have attached a copy of my first draw payment of $5k and my EXACT compensation clause from my emplyment contract. This check is signed y Peter Rubens. All the monies that were paid to me were paid according to my employment contract as anybody can clearly see. This check actually had to be returned to them because there were not enough funds to cover it- as they told me. The other payments were made, but they were two weeks late on the final draw payment that I had to chase them around for- and even then they had to pay me in two payments of $2500.
The point is that there were 5 payments made to me over a 75 day period- they could of ant any time- according to our agreement decided to terminate me and walk away. They know that I had investors ready to come in until they found out about the basically criminal records of Peter Kirschner and Stuart Rubens with the SEC/NASD.
Peter is now trying to EXTORT those funds out of me by spreading lies, publishing illegal information and trying to defame my general character.
The truth always wins- and these guys are lying to you when they say "Good Morning"......
Exact paragraph regarding compensation from my employment contract below.....
1.4 Compensation.
(a) ) For all the services rendered by Employee hereunder, the Company shall pay Employee Five Thousand Dollars on November 2, 2009, Five Thousand Dollars on November 16, 2009, December 1, 2009, and December 15, 2009 of the trial period. There after compensation will be based on an agreed formula based on success of employees’ duties preformed. Employee’s shall be paid as a 1099 employee and will be responsible to pay all taxes directly associated with his compensation. Employee will not hold the company responsible for any TAX PAYMENTS associated with his compensation
