Capital Gold Group Inc approached Rip-Off Report last month with the express purpose of resolving some issues posted on Rip-off Report. Capital Gold Group noticed that there were five complaints posted about their firm that were filed by individuals who were not their clients. Since Capital Gold Group has always had an unconditional customer satisfaction policy, meaning, they would go to any extent to resolve any client complaints, as well as a sincere commitment to remedy any and all client concerns and/or misconceptions and to bring them to a satisfactory conclusion, all of these complaints were investigated. After much research, it was determined that the complaints were either (1) filed by a competitor who was trying to discredit Capital Gold Group in an effort to gain an unfair business advantage, or (2) were an act of retaliation by a disgruntled former employee.

After a recent mailing to each alleged client who posted a Rip-off Report, it became clear that Capital Gold Group was correct in their assessment that the Rip-off Reports were not filed by actual clients of Capital Gold Group.
