I Feb. 2002 I signed up with RMP and for 33 months they debited $200 per month from my checking acct. During that time when the money in our Trust Account had built up enough to pay our 5 smallest bills, I requested 3 times they pay off those bills without any negotiation but RMP totally ignored my wishes. When I called I was always told that they would not "settle" until they were satisfied they had got the best deal for me (which would be never). I suddenly realized that since I had signed the Power of Attorney that they could refuse to pay off any of my bills.
In Oct. 2003 they said they had paid off a bill for $104.98 but they refused to give me a paid in full receipt from that company instead I was told that ALL my bills had to be paid off before I could receive any receipts or before any positive credit remarks or paid receipts would be given to the three credit bureaus, as their web page promised.
In Dec. 2004, they emailed asking me to send in my monthly payment as a check because their automatic withdrawal system was being upgraded so I did & even let them know when to expect it. Two days later they automatically withdrew the money from my checking account which over drew me. Then when the check bounced, they put it through a second time. I even called them to ask that they not put it through a second time but couldn't talk to a warm body. At this point I started having trouble getting anyone to answer the phone or email or fax, no matter what extension I called, even the President Hyla Stanton. I cancelled my contract with them in Feb. 2005 sending them 2 certified letters with were refused, to demand my money back.
In Aug. 2005, I filled out a complaint form for Northern NV BBB who sent them 2 letters with my complaint, finally they faxed back a response that I would get back my refund minus $250 cancellation fee in approx. 4-6 weeks. I am still to this date waiting for my money.
I very recently filed a claim with the NV Attorney Generals Office which is fully investigating this company in conjunction with the Arizona State Banking Department and Miracle Management has agreed to restitution and civil money penalty. This means that if you got ripped off and haven't filed a complaint to get your money back do so now. Miracle Management was agreed to pay $210,646.66 to the clients they have cheated.

I'll be more careful next time & won't rely on the BBB as their website gave RMP & MMG a good rating and that is why I contracted with them. I hope this info. will be helpful.
