SBFC - SMALL BUSINESS FUNDING COMPANY INC. Fake Grants Henderson, Nevada

Got contacted about Feb, 2008 because I qualified (Women and hispanic).  Looked them up and nothing appeared wrong.  When I sent money ($2,600 now and $3,400 out of the grant money) and made numerous mistake they wanted money badly.  After everything, I called about April, 2008  regarding status.  Two days later, I get a call regarding to get more grant money, I have to start a corporation, etc. for an add'l $3,400.00.  I informed them no.  I called them again regarding status and they told me that I will be getting the letter to the company. 

After numerous of calls, I finally got my letter in July, 2008.  I called them in September, 2008 regarding status I get another call regarding Business Plan and that they can do it for $3,900.00, I told them NO, but they forward me a template.  I got the Business Plan together and then started making calls (leaving messages) nobody called me back.  I faxed a letter requesting a refund of $2,000.00, leaving with $600.00 for services.  They never refunded and now the fax # is disconnected and the 877 # is a message for ADT and Dish Network.  RIP-OFF Company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
