BUSINESS UNFAITHFULNESS

In 2007, our Company SIKOT INTEGRATED SERVICES LTD. entered into a dealership agreement with Silicon Solar to become dealership representation in Nigeria West Africa. We fill all the necessary forms and submitted back to them.

We where asked to pay a dealership for solar water heater for the cost $299.00 which we did through bank of America with the followinh details. Till toady we have not seen any packeage being shipped to us all attempts to reply our mails have proved abortive.

Thanks for your prompt response but our company is surprise that you claim not to be aware of the transaction. Your sales representative acknowledged the receipt of the money transfer on 24^th January 2008. Attached here some exchange of mails between our company and your sales representative.
