The contract they send claims to get you funding of $1,000,000.00 in 15 days using Shelf Corporation.  They will Paypal you an invoice and then don't perform.  When you attempt to charge back they claim that they items was sent, or they provided electronic services.  According to Paypal (they suck), electronic services are not covered in there dispute format and you lose the case.  Total scam.  Will contact DA to press charges.  Address is a virtual office and you will only get voice mail .

HI I SAW YOUR POST WHILE DOING SOME RESEARCH ON SIMPLICITY FUNDING AT GOOGLE BUT, I WANTED TO KNOW WHAT DID YOU DO, HAVE YOU PURSUED ON GETTING YOUR FUNDS BACK AND IF YOU HAVE HOW DID YOU DO IT, PLEASE RESPOND WHEN YOU HAVE A CHANCE THIS IS MY EMAIL (((ROR redacted))).  I WAS THINKING OF PAYING FOR THEIR SERVICES AND GOING THROUGH THE PROCESS BUT I WANTED TO HAVE SOME SORT OF REFERENCE OR RECORD OF PERFORMANCE.

The charges were disputed and charge back sent to Paypal by credit card company.  After 3 months money has been refunded.  Documentation has been forwarded to DA in Utah, which is interested in the company practices.

Just one question, so in essence what you are saying is that they are pure scams and didn't fund, did you try to get your money back through your Bank, i need help because i placed the claim with paypal then cancelled it and now i can't claim through paypal anymore. What were the excuses they gave you for not funding, they keep pushing me back and back, i have place my claim on hold with my bank but, will restart the claim again, i can't afford to loose this money. Who can i talk to at the DA's office?
