This is the same scam that apparently this company has perpetrated on other people on this site.  This company has debited my bank account for $195. The next day I received a letter from them informing me that they acquired "certain leases".  It turns out that they acquired an old and canceled lease, and are trying to collect some fictitious "back fee".

I am disputing this fraudulent transactions through my bank.  Hope that some one stops these fraudsters.  I will file a complaint with the New York State Consumer Protection Board, and would encourage others to do the same
