South East Bankers Mortgage Corp Bruce Bender indentity theft, multiple counts of fraud miami beach , Florida

In 2001 Mark Parisi did apply for a mortgage with Southeast Bankers and it closed successfully, on time, and with client selected and approved loan terms and interest rate.  Mr. Parisi was so happy with the service provided that he called Bruce Bender over the course of a few weeks to personally thank him for providing such good customer service. 

However, Mr. Parisi is a self acknowledged Homosexual and it quickly became obvious that his friendly phone calls meant something entirely different than just "an appreciative chat on the phone for providing good customer service".  His true intentions were to develop a close sexual relationship with Bruce Bender.

Mr. Parisi became obsessed with Bruce Bender and pursued him relentlessly to the point that it was disrupting business on a daily basis.  He would enter Southeast Bankers offices always unannounced and made constant phone call etc., that would disrupt daily business operations.  When Mr. Bender refused his sexual advances and advised Mr. Parisi to stop calling the office and making unannounced office visits, Mr. Parisi began a relentless nine year long campaign of harassing emails, letters and phone calls.  When Mr. Parisi didn't receive the attention that he had hoped for with the emails, letters and phone calls etc., he then started a smear and threat campaign via Yahoo, MySpace and Facebook to both Bruce Bender, Curt Dyer and their families including children under the age of 18.  

Mr. Parisi became violent on 4/27/07 when the Miami Shores Police Department was summoned after a tenant who resided in a unit owned by Bruce Bender had called to report that Mark Parisi appeared to be intoxicated and had taken a hammer and shattered the the passenger side window of the tenants car.  This report was filed under case number 07000846.  Since Mr. Parisi resided in the same complex the tenant choose not to press charges and Mr. Parisi agreed to pay for the needed repairs and the case was closed.

It finally reached the critical point when Bruce Bender would leave his office in the afternoon only to find Mr. Parisi hiding outside of his office or in the streets watching and stalking him as he'd leave the building walking to his car.  At this point Mr. Bender felt personally threatened and filed two separate Police Restraining Orders with the City of Miami Police Department on 11/13/2007, case #07-028812-FC-04, and 08/10/2009, case #07-28812-5204 respectively.

As a matter of personal character, it should be noted that Mr. Parisi has a lengthy criminal record including JAIL TIME SERVED for various crimes committed including:

Date of Crime - 10/26/2005, Court Case #F05031661, charges (each separately filed), Grand Theft 3rd Degree Felony, Credit Card Theft Misdemeanor, Probation Violation.  Convicted and sentenced on all charges.

Date of Crime - 12/17/2005, Court Case #F05039041, charges (each filed separately), Cocaine Possession Felony, Probation Violation Revoked.  Convicted and sentenced on all charges. 

Date of Crime - 12/24/2005, Court Case #F05039902, charges, Grand Theft 3rd Degree Felony.

Date of Crime - 03/14/2006, Court Case #M06012843, Charges, Credit Card Theft Misdemeanor, Petit Theft Misdemeanor.  Convicted of all charges.

To further illustrate Mr. Parisi's low moral character, he advertises his business "Olympus Promotions and Productions" via various web based sources as an active "privately funded non profit organization" when in fact it was dissolved by the Florida Department of State on 10/19/05, document # P03000151658, for providing check #1009 on 3/29/05 in the amount of $150.00.  This check was returned to his bank because of NON-SUFFICIENT FUNDS.  After failing to respond and pay the outstanding debt owed, he was issued a formal "Certificate of Dissolution" by the Florida Department of State.

It should be noted that all of the information as stated on Mark Parisi was easily obtained through public records and/or public accessible court documents.

Obviously Mr. Parisi still has unresolved issues because of his infatuation with Bruce Bender so his real intent is only to discredit him, Curt Dyer and Southeast Bankers by making false and slanderous statements.  However, as evidenced by the legal documents filed with the Miami Police Departments, Southeast Bankers has acted within the law of the State of Florida and have done everything within their power via the help of law enforcement officials, attorney's etc. to stop the constant harassment.  Hopefully Mr. Parisi would eventually realize that his actions will never produce the results of his true intentions and he'll move on with his life.  

Curt Dyer is well aware of the following true facts. First the criminal record that curt dyer, bruce bender refer is not myself. It was a case of indentity theft, where a person was using multiple veresion of the name mark parisi in south florida and ny. This person was arrested and did serve 4 months in a drug rehab program for meth addiction. The state attorneys office is in process of correcting my info which he used. All the so called diffrent charges where a result of a probation violation plea and not seperate cases as curt dyer, bruce bender claim.

The Police reports, yes curt dyer, bruce bender did file false police reports with several diffrent agencies. The false report that curt dyer, bruce bender filed in miami shores had nothing to due with what curt dyer, bruce bender wrot ein rebutal. The false report was of so called harassing phone calls, which were not documented, nor confirmed and no action was taken. It was NOT as dyer put it me smashing hi stenats window.

Second FALSE police report was attempted to be filed with N. Miami Beach police. Claiming threats, dyer did not produce any CREDIBLE evidence to police so report was denied. Then dyer asked for a court hearing in downtown Miami, which he was granted. The courts notified myself and I responded and requested to appear by phone, this request was granted by judege (since it was well documented that I was in production) once dyer, bender found out that i was notified and was appearing by phone as granted by judge. NEITHER dyer, nor bender showed up. The case was dismissed and the judge further noted in court records that HAD dyer, bender showed up he would have placed them in custody for filing false reports and wasting courts time.

Dyer refrenced a bounced check, the check that dyer is referring to was NOT drawn on my account, NOR issued by my bank and was AFTER I disolved my business relationships with my ex business partners to form a new venture with my life long partner.

Dyer, bender continue to due character attacks, but lets share some TRUE info on both gentleman that are COMMON facts and PUBLIC knowledge on dyer, bender.

Their is a report in Louisanna that references Curt Dyer and INAPPROPRIATES sexual contact with a minor child. I am not going tp post it, because it deals with a minor child. BUT is common KNOWLEDGE.

Also Dyer was and is on the organized crime units watch list for illegal activities  stemming from being a drug mule while a flight attendant.  In addition to state attorneys watch list.

Bruce Bender has sevarl report filed against him in Boston that stem all the way back to college. In Boston and are common knowledge. And public records.

Moral Character as dyer, bender, put it. I guess that dyer, bender forget that it is common knowledge that dyer, bender are well know to TROLL craigslist daily under casual encounters and men for men looking for sex. Commonly using fake pictures and inviting people over to their address on 5900 alton rd  mimai beach for hot tub sex.

Dyer mentioned my sexuality, I do not hide the fact that I am an OPENLY gay WELL ajusted EDUCATED PROFFESSIONAL man. I do NOT hide the fact that I am in a loving committed legal (By law) relationships with an amazing great educated proffessional man. (for 9 years)

Desired results as dyer puts it, I DID achieve my desired results. THAT of getting a mortgage and paying it off. (which I did in 3 years rather than 30).

Dyer is well aware of the fact that I had no intrest in he or bender other than a mortgage. NOTHING else. NO office vists, or other things dyer claims.

In addition their is an alert put out by state of florida attorneys office and u.s federal attorneys office (8th division) regarding the false reports in numerous juridictions. By putting an alert ALL agencies are linked so dyer, bender can play their games.

I further say that anyone whos knows myself and my partner or our compnay either personally or proffessional will tell you that we are 2 of th emost well respected, hinest, hard working, trusted and wel respected gentlmen with a great morals and ethics.

I further state that these attacks are the fact of dyers own issues and need to attack someone. I further state that dyer have a long truthful talk with bender about his going on.

And in closing I say ask the communities in South Florida, Boston, Louisanna, and where dyer and bender southeast bankers mortgage corp due business. The communities will confirm that dyer and bender are liers, frauds, cons who milked investors, stole from investors, and ripped off honest hard working people.

It is also a know public  fact that dyer, bender have several pending liable, slander suits, investor lawsuits,  trouble with irs, and naacp as well prediatory lending lawsuits.

I am not going to wate my time with dyer, bender as I have given a signed staement to state attorneys office and u.s attorneys office.

Dyer claims he is cooperating with police but failed to show up in court. Failed to answer the confrence cal with state, feds and myself and attorney. 

And as I was advised by stae and feds dyer and bender have created their own mess and soon will be behind bars, so dyer I suggest you take a good look in the mirror. that is where your issues are.

As previously stated curt dyer, bruce bender are aware that their is NO restraining  order. Their have been NO phones calls to southeast bankers EXCEPT the one that was placed a week ago tuesday with my attorney, state attorney and u. s attorneys office. Their have been NO emails as curt dyer, bruce bender claim. And as FAR as issues. Curt Dyer and Bender Both have them and ANYONE in the community can tell you. Their continued attacks to try and be little mark parisi are as shallow and apparent as these gentlemen are. Curt and Bruce have issues so they try and blame their problems on mark parisi. BY filing FALSE UNCREDIABLE reports (which is well known and documneted by ALL local police and state attorneys office in additiion to u.s attorneys office) In the meantime it is well documented that mark parisi has had NO contact with either curt dyer or bruce bender since 2000. When the mortgage was under written.

I suggest that both curt dyer and bruce bender MOVE on and STOP trying to FALSELY BLAME mark parisi for issues they have caused.

THEN now or ANY other time in my life had I or wanted anything to due with curt dyer or bruce bender. OTHER than a mortgage. And CERTAINLY have NOT called their office, or had any contact with them. This is a WELL documneted FACT.

I suggest that Curt dyer and Bruce take their MEDS, and MOVE ON.

Their LIES, DO NOT affect mark parisi, and CERTAINLY Their attempts to be little mark parisi have no effect.

Curt dyer, bruce bender, GROW UP and MOVE ON. And PLEASE take your MEDS you sound PARANOID.

Looking at situation and my GREAT life with an AMAZING man, I can see why Curt Dyer, Bruce bender would be BITTER, HATEFUL. I wake up every morning with a wonderful man, a loving, educated proffessional man. My life long partner and soul mate. They have EACH other and their messes they created to faces daily.

I have a degree from one of the top private schools in the world. As my SOUL MATE has an equally great degree. Dyer has a degree from an online less then accredited college in Ft lauderdale. Bender has a degree from U of Mass  ( a cheap state school that admits anyone who is a state resident).

I have an AMAZING career, recently Co Stared on The New MELROSE PLACE, Smallville, -V- and UPCOMING co staring roles on Vampire Diaries, Ugly Betty, Gossip Girl. And my RETURN to Csi-Miami, In ADDITION to a 4 picture multi million dollar deal with the BEST studio in the world.

I have THREE movies I am Co -Staring in coming out this year and 2 next year, a TON of commericals, print ads, as well as music videos in works. In addition to my scheduel of personal appearances.

My partner owns one of the best law firms in south Florida. We live in  the MOST DESIRED EXCLUSIVE GATED COMMUNITY. (not a 3/3 bath shack that borders the ghetto of North Miami 5900 alton rd as dyer and bender)

Our home is paid for. We are DEBT free. UNLIKE dyer and bender who are maxed out with credit cards, bad investments and falling property values) we drive modest paid for luxury cars (not over priced pieces of junk with high intrest rates)

I will say in parting that since dyer, bender want to try and fail and insulting and be littling me, here are facts: GENTLEMEN when in shower at gym, KEEP shower curtain closed, NO one wants to see ANY of that. (well know documneted fact by Crunch gym and equinox).  Let us know who did those CHEAP GOD AWFUL FACE LIFTS and FAILED LUNCH TIME LIPO.

And as Dyer and Bender are well aware, my social security number was changed due to multiple counts of identity theft.
