Superior Asset Management I wanted to laugh at the comment made from the person who said they called and the company couldn't find their account number! It happened to me! Now they want to charge me more because I didn't meet the deadline ripoff Pinellas Park Florida

I want to say that I was over my head with a credit card. My parents helped me out to save my credit. My mom called this Company and told them she would write a check out for the settlement amount. Mr. Miller wanted a higher amount to settle this over the phone, she said we live in Florida and the check will be there before the valid date was due, this was being sent to Ft. Walton Beach, FL and we live in St.Petersburg, FL. He was not a happy person because she refuse to pay more to have this settled over the phone! I called the Post Office and they said it should be received in 2 days.

Well guess what, the deposit of the check that showed on the back of her check was stamped 8 days later & this check was mailed the next day! I have the check from the bank to proof it! When I called the Government Post Office they said it should take 2 days to get there! When I called to see when the check was submitted it was 8 days later. This Company has a P.O. Box Number 596 Ft. Walton Beach, Fl 32549.

So the question is how often do they check the mail?! I called this Company Superior Asset Management, Inc and just got the run around! My mom called and all the managers are in a meeting! I wonder why! Why is this Company wanting more from people that are trying to settle their debt that is due! Their are hard working people in America that want to pay for their debts, but this Company wants more than the bank says they owe! We were offered a settlement agreement and paid that amount, now they want more because they said we were late paying the fee. I feel this Company should validate the date, time & the amount when it was received from the Post Office & not from the person that sits behind a desk for that day..what if she was out sick, where is the time then!

This check was not validated for another week! Something is wrong with this Company! I agree that this Company should be checked out with the Government! Please help the people who do care and are not trying to run away from their debts! This Company is the reason why America is in the shape it is! There are good people that really want to be a true American's and do the right thing, sometimes things do get in the way! It is really sad that Bank Of America is associated with this Company!
