UNION ACCEPTANCE UAC Rip Off with unknown charges, fees, and refusing a pay off quote Saint Joseph Missouri

I am writing this complaint against the company called Systems & Services Technologies (SST) that was once known as Union Acceptance Corporation because this company is really ripping me off in a big way. I have a car loan account with this company because some where along the line Union Acceptance Corporation was brought out for some reason.

I was still sending in my monthly car notes to the Union Acceptance Corporation 250 N. Shadeland Ave Indianapolis Indiana 46219 I am thinking my car payments are getting updated to my car loan but it was just the opposite. Later the company decided to mail out a new address for mailing in payments which is P O Box 3999 Saint Joseph, MO 64503 or P O Box 27-1997 Kansas City, MO 64180-1997 with the telephone numbers (800) 789-8001 or (800) 789-7576.

Now get this this company is so shady the people who works for this company act like telemarkers with rude nasty communication skills. I t is a waste of time talking to these people about your car loan .I am getting rip off with unknown charges , fees, and too much interest added to my car loan which is 6 years old and I wanted a pay off qoute from this company because I remember I had a 6 year contract with them and my car loan should be finished.

As to my understanding I was told by SST that my car loan had some fees and charges that I am responsible for to pay. I asked what charges they could never explained to me as well as they did not explained to me about what happen to payments I sent in that were not updated to my car loan.

So see everyone who deals with this SST knows that I am telling the truth about this company ripping people off.These people migrate in my opinon from state to state when things get hot to avoid the Better Business Buera ppeople and Law Attiorneys. I am sure there are laws against ppeople and companies who take pleasure in ripping off hard working people like myself and others. Its not right that this is happening to people. SST should get stopped from handeling loans, credit cards, and anything else.

Besides SST is not really a real bank its sort of like a third party subdirary branch off from JP Morgan Bank who acts like loan sharks. I wished that SST could get exposed for its shady operations and dont try to talk to any managers or even using their direct lines because it just leads to a brick wall.
