Systems & Services Technologies - SST will not allow payoff of car loan St Joseph Missouri

I made a payoff with this company for my auto loan, which I have a signed settlement contract, and now these people are trying to collect on the amount forgiven ($900) in the settlement arrangement.
After paying on this loan for 5 and a half years, payments totalling $34,000 on a $17,000 loan, these people are trying to back out of our settlement. Over 900 bucks!
They have MORE than gotten their money back, and profited quite handsomely on this loan, yet they are NOW trying to ruin my credit, and they will not release the lien against my vehicle because they want 900 more dollars, which they have forgiven in a contract.
Beware of ANY used car loan that says the lender is Aegis Auto Finance (their consumer name) or Systems and Services Technologies, (SST). DO NOT do business with them!
SST can be found on the Kansas City Better Business Bureau's web site, and you can see for yourself that they are NOT a reputable company. Don't make my mistake!

I worked for SST for 3 years. They are not a financing company. They are not in business with Aegis Financial. SST is a third party loan servicer. They are hired by Aegis to collect on their loans. SST has to go by whatever info Aegis gives to them, so if Aegis says you owe the $900, SST has to try to collect it, as they are hired by Aegis to do so. So if you have something worked out with Aegis and SST will not allow it, then you need to contact Aegis, as they have not conveyed this info to SST. Im not making excuses for SST, but they arent the ones that financed the vehicle and they go by the info given to them by the original finance company.
