They have 10 days before they will repo your car. They also must give you 30 days by state law from when you were due to allow you to pay your car off and take posession of it. They will threaten you but have no real action to take without upper management approval I suggest you conact the corporate office and telling them of the harrasment you have recieved Their number is posted in each office and you can call the office and they will give it to you . If they have gotten you your car you may be able to find the auction it is at and buy it for a lesser amount than what is owed. Turn it around on them and be sure to tell all your friends and family not to do business here. also contact your local representative so we can get these ridiculous laws changed.
