I have been paying my car note for three years, got three years to go. I haven't had problems with toyota financial before. Now my payment has been send but not allocated on my account. My first payment was a money order. I mailed it on flat rate with confirmation, get there on friday 7 of april 2010 and cashed on the 11 april 2010. I called and they tried every excuse from i must send it to the wrong address and they dont place the payment until tuesday because friday falls on a weekend. I know its unethical practice because everytime a payment gets to the establishment it has to be posted on the same day except weekend and holidays, when the company is closed. Well second payment was sent on 5 may 2010 and received on 7 may 2010 once again with flat rate mail and confirmation number. This time with a check. The check was cleared on the 11 may 2010 and was not allocated on my account. They tried by saying that i must have put the wrong account, even though i read my account through my carbon copy checkbook, which i wrote the account on the memo area. I have faxed the copy of my check on the 12th of may and they said that takes 2 business day to appear to the account to do research and put the money in my account. by the time i get the copy of my money order and they take the time to process it, my car will be repossesed. I am not the only one having this kind of problems, i need help.

CONSTANT PURSUIT TO FINANCIALLY INJURE AS MANY INNOCENT CONSUMERS AS POSSIBLE, in my opinion.

The TOP executives at Toyota Corporation are inept & corrupt people who have no regard for the average consumer. 

They hide behind their lawyers, who are also CORRUPT, and will protect Toyota because Toyota will pay them whatever they want.

Toyota's vehicles are the WORST in quality in the world and many people have died as a result of the defects in these Toyota & Lexus vehicles, but Toyota's MONEY will buy anybody; even politicians, judges, lawyers, the media...............

Toyota Corporation is a reflection of the entire USA, in my opinion.

ONE BIG LIE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I own a Toyota, My daughter owned a Toyota and we've had NO reouble (And get an astounding 37MPG, No it's NOT hybrid)
