Triad Fianacial Triad Refuses to Refi me with these trying times still charges me 22% for 72 months Richland Texas

Triad finance is the worst company ever!! I wish there was a class action lawsuit against them for all the preditory lending practices they do.

I needed desperatly a car in 2006, I went to a dealership and i found the car that i wanted a nice used mini van for me and my kids, it was all within budget it was a 2000 and was $9000.00, I could afford payments of around $200. I traded in my car to them they gave me $3000.00 credit so the van would cost me $6000.00.

I filled out all the paper work and the dealership said that everything was looking good and to come back tomorrow and p/u the car. I go back the next day and where is the van??? a pt cruiser took its place. i did not want a pt cruiser it is too small for my kids and it did not suit my needs. Plus it was not within my budget $355.19 a month plus insurance.

They told me that they could not finance the van because it was not that expensive and if I defaulted on the loan they would not get thier money back. with the pt if i defaulted they could probably get thier money back. They were just thinking about greed not what a working mom cold afford.

The sales man said he got me financed for $17,000.00 @ 22% interest for 72 months. So here i was with a broken old car to trade, need a another car badly (my car had safety issues)and they have me backed into the wall. I knew i was getting screwed and I told them that, and they said don't worry pay on time for a year and they will refi you. Well a year came and went with out a refi, they said that they don't do them anymore.

I tried again to have them help me to refi and the answer is no. I cannot afford these payments, they do not want partial payments, they do not want to work with me. They are a bunch of idiots working there. I am paying them what I can. I have purchased many cars before, and they are the worse company (finance company) I have ever delt with. Stay away from them.
