Beware,
I have been in Collections, Remarketing, auto lending since 1992 and I was enticed to join UACC. At first everything was ok, then I realized that the Branch Manager who I worked for as under the title of Assistant Banch Manger had very little experience when it came to collections and the real world.
He finally gave up the came it became obivious that he had been bi-passed for promotion. Then all of a sudden he was promoted and so was I to Branch Manager. I will admit I made a stupid mistake in taking the job.
However, I busted my rear end in making the branch into a good and productive place to work. I had a heart a attack and not 1 month later the pressure was on by the SOB who had quit trying saying that I was letting down the orignization???
I came back and passed with flying colors my next audit and then I had a nervous breakdown due the increased expectations. Maybe I should have been tougher, but the thing that burned me was that when my finance now my wife and my father called and talked to this man I never recived a call or even a get well soon comment. He can go to you know where and so can a company that promotes someone that gave up and then rode on his employees hard work.
I am in a much better place now and am truly happy, but I want to warn anyone that things that this company will help them get ahead.
Former Branch Manager who made his boss look good.

Sounds like you are railing against the company that gave you opportunity. That is sad. Occasionally, things do go south with employees/employers. Then we must all move on. Don't really know what the so-called "rip-off" is here. You should probably explain how you were ripped off, not just rant against a company with no real point. You should rethink your position.
