Versa Debt Did not keep their promise Internet

Versa Debt charged me $990 and promised to eliminate my debts three to five times faster. They were suppose to have the software and services that would allow me to be debt free in a few years.

I never saw the special software. They called my credit card companies a few times and asked them to lower my interest rates. Sometimes the credit card company did and sometimes they didn't. This was the only thing they could do for me. They would tell me to call them every 6 months. There were times I called and no one called me back.

They also said they would refund your money if they were not successful and I haven't seen a dime. Please do not hook up with this company. You don't have to spend $990 to simply call customer service and ask them to negotiate your interest rates.
