Walmart Money Card/ Green Dot BUYER BEWARE BENTONVILLE, AK/MORAIA, CA AK Nationwide

I bought a Walmart Visa Cash Card to use over the internet thinking it would be safer..... you can not believe the mess I have had to deal with trying to use it... I need to order something I needed overnight.... I drove 30 miles in to town.... bought card.... asked about usage over internet before paying for it.... no problem..... wrong.... activated card..... sent info for purchase.... it was declined 3 times.... when you call the number.... you get an automated version of a person.... you can't reach a person.... and every time I try to get info.... online it says I have the money there but..... when I try and use it it declines it... and I have to write the company to get anything done.... I called the Walmart store to see what could be done.... they have another number they can call.... can't give it to me but I can drive another 60 miles round trip and go in to the store and they will call if I have the card and register rect....... I do but WHY.... should I have to spend more of my money.... to fix their problem..... THIS IS A BUYER BEWARE..... IF IT TAKES A MONTH TO FIX I CAN ALSO GIVE THEM ANOTHER $ 5.00 FOR HOLDING MY MONEY..... I GUESS I WILL PAY TO $ 2.00 TO CALL.... THAT'S RIGHT $ 2.00 IF I WANT TO TALK TO A REAL PERSON.... THAT'S EVERY TIME YOU CALL.... BECAUSE THEY DON'T CALL YOU BACK.... YOU HAVE TO CALL THEM.... I ONLY GOT THAT INFO BY SPENDING 3 HRS. ONLINE TRYING TO FIND OUT HOW TO GET HOLD OF GREEN DOT COMPANY..... WHICH HAS CHANGED NAMES A COUPLE TIMES..... THEY SAY THEY ARE FDIC.... BUT WHOEVER IS CHECKING UP ON THEM ARE PROBABLY THE SAME PEOPLE WHO CHECKED UP ON MADOFF.....
