In January of 2008 my girlfriend and I purchased gutter for our house and when we signed the contract they told us that we had to make the payment had to be made on the third of the month, now when payment is made it does not get recieved until five days later so wells fargo bank put a late cherge onto my account, no wells fargo financial calls me every morning between 8:00AM and 8:30 AM for the past four days they have called me up and told me that my account has been late for several months and it has accured several late charges they will call you up and argue with you and sware up and down that they are right and your wrong and that it's you fault that the payment is late they are scamming people and trying to get more money out of people by telling you that your payment is past due .

now wells fargo financial has called me 5 time on the weekend and 3 time now on sunday they will call you constanly until you pay what they tell you to pay, it is a rip off just to get more money out of you they tried to tell me that my payment was $75.00 a month when the contract was for $55.00 a month there trying to get you to pay late charges because they told me that there is no set time to pay it off and that you don't actualy pay the bill off unless you pay the payment in full this is a big rip off and they need to be stoped

MAKE THE EFFORT TO CONTACT CUSTOMERS WHEN THEY BELIEVE THAT THEY OWE THEM MONEY, BUT WHEN A CUSTOMER CAN'T GET HIS $100,000 CD THAT HE TOOK OUT FROM WELLS FARGO IN 1997 FOR HIS GRANDCHILDREN'S COLLEGE EDUCATION, THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO, OR HOW TO HELP HIM!!!

How do you make the Payments and how long before the due date do you send it?

Do you have anything in writing that says your payments are fixed at $55 a month?
