This man has to be the best scam artist in the world. He approaches people in $2000.00 suits and is very well spoken. He says he works for all these companies that don't even exist if they did they were shut down due to illegal activity.
I know there are a lot of William Keevers out there I have added pictures so everyone knows what he looks like and a video of him trying to give financial advice. This is the William Keever that was arrested and disbarred for SEC violations.
I believe this was right before he was arrested for SEC violations!!! Here is a few of the things he says:

After checking on these I was astounded at a man who says "lets pray" before a meeting!! SHAME ON YOU WILLIAM KEEVER, BILL KEEVER ETC.
So many of us tried to help him and now that we know each other we are talking and finding out what a liar he really is!!
IF you have any dealings with him I suggest you contact www.sec.gov or call the Brentwood Police department in TN or your closest law enforcement official. He has been seen doing the same scams in Costa Rica as well.
This is for you Bill Keever, William Keever, we all know who and what you are now. We know that you tell other people that we owe YOU money and in reality YOU owe US money!! and we want it BACK!! ALL OF IT!!!
