I got ripped off by David Ryan and his school teacher to billioaire offer. He did nothing but take my money and run. After repeated requests, for a refund per his guaranteed money back offer, I got no response from him. He got $295.00 of my money and he is still using it for his own personal pleasure.

He has a POBox address in Florida but conducts his scam out of Panama. His address in Panama is Dave Ryan, Suite 24, Los Establos, Boquete, REP. OF pANAMA.
