Ben Anderson DBA ApropasAauctions, LLC bought and paid for a reel on ebay and did not receive it Ripoff Huntington Beach California

On Jan. 22, 2007 I sent a payment in the amount of $306.50 to ApropasAuctions, LLC in Huntington Beach CA. for an Avet fishing reel. He said he sent it twice but furnished no tracking # even after I ask him to send it Piroity mail the second time. After it didn't arrive the second time I filed a claim with ebay. The maximum they would pay was $175.

I continued to email back and forth and requested a refund which he said he would send a refund on March 12, 2007 and as of today (3/25/07), no refund.

My claim with ebay was approved and I sould be getting a credit in my paypal acct. but it won't cover the cost of the purchase; but it is better than nothing.

So now it is over two months later and I have no reel and am out $131.00 but smarter.

My suggestion for buying on ebay is not to buy from someone without some feedback and always use paypal or some indirect form of payment.
