Balley Fittness opening account on minors, with false information Glendora California

Dear sirs,
I'm very disappointed in the habits of your associate to get their sells goals, is this a policy for Bally Total Fitness. I know that this is a on going false information signups, because I work in a Bank in Glendora.

I have many parents that a very upset regarding their minor accounts being overdrawn and costing them 100's of dollars. Because the accounts should of not been open without parents signature Or ok. Also having bank close there accounts, because they can not pay. What you are doing is illegal.

I'm writing you today, because of my son account, Brandon F #2605254926003. On the day my son was at Ballys in Glendora, they called me and ask for is information like ss# and id. I told the sells person NO!, my son is a minor, and I know what happen to there checking accounts first hand. He checking is only for school, that all!!!.

My son has told me that the sells associate, said OH that ok. I know how to open your membership, he left and someone else information, to put on Brandon membership, because he was a minor and was not able to sign any contract. He did give that information , they gave it to him. This is fraud and illegal.

He now has his account overdrawn and with over $90.00 of nsf charges, you will be pay this amount, and reversing __All payment made to Bally Total Fitness. Today!!! Aug 14,2008 My son has paid $99.00 to start and $49.00 per mth, , for something that should have never been don
