LA Fitness Would not take 5 minutes to assist a paying customer Carrollton Texas

I am a member of LA Fitness. In applying for various jobs in the area, some of which required lifting certain weights, I went into the LA Fitness on Midway and requested that someone spot me on how much weight I could lift safely before I went and applied for the job. I estimated that this would take no more than 5 minutes. I waited for an available trainer.

When he did speak with me, it was out in the foyer. He stated that he "had a lot to do" that day preparing for a VIP visit, that I would need to make an appointment. I stated that it would not take more than 5 minutes. He then started giving me instruction on how to lift weights....all of which lasted about 5 minutes. He could have just as easily gone with me to the weights area and spotted me.

Later, as I was traveling about the city applying for jobs, I stopped in at another LA Fitness center to try my luck there. THESE people took the time to listen to my request and the next available trainer actaully assisted me. He escorted me to the weight area and spot me while I lifted. I complimented him and the other staff on their professionalism and courtesy.
