Sensational Designs - Rachel Manous ripoff dishonest misleading unprofessional fraudulent service Locust Grove Georgia

I ordered 2 Custome Made Figure Competition Suits from Rachel Manous at Sensational Designs. I ordered them 3 months prior to the date that I needed them. The seller agreed to having the suits to me within 6-8 weeks from the time I ordered them with the deposit. When the 8 week mark arrived I did not received the suits so I continuously contacted the seller. She reassured me on several occasions that the suits would be to me in plenty of time.

After contacting the seller every day for 10 days she said that she sent the suits express to me and that they shoud be to me within 3 days. I did not receive the suits within those 3 days.

After contacting the seller several times after that she said that she never sent the suits to me. By then it was too late for me to receive the suits prior to the competiton that I was competing in. Because of the seller's lack of reponsibility, poor customer service, unethical business practices and lies I arrived from Japan to the states for a competition without any competitons suits. The seller also refuses to refund my deposit that I made towards the suits.

Not only have I been "ripped -off" by this seller, but two of my other freinds that are figure competitotrs have been ripped off as well. It was very stressful knowing that I had to depend on this seller for customized suits and she cold not follow through with her end of her business responsibility.

I would like to inform as many Fitness, Figure,and BodyBuilding competitors of this fraudulent business so that they do not have to go through what I went through. I would NEVER reccomend that anyone ever order competitons suits from Rachel Manous and Sensational Designs.
