NOTHING MORE TO SAY THEN RIP-OFF. I CANCELED MY FLOWERS ON THE SAME DAY I ORDERED THEM WHICH WAS ON 12/27/2011. STILL AS WE SPEAK NEVER RECEIVED MY REFUND YET. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REP ARE VERY NASTY. I ASKED TO SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR WAITED 15 MINS THEN FINALLY I GOT DRANT ON THE PHONE AND HE WAS NOT SO NASTY NOR DID HE HELP ME. I AM NOW WRITING A LETTER TO MR MAYER THE OWNER OF THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY. IF THERE REALLY IS A MR MAYER. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
