I ordered flowers for mu anniversary to be delivered on Dec 30th 2011. I paid extra for expedited delivery and same day delivery. Floweres were not delivered, and still trying to get a refund for non delivery. After 3 phone calls and 2 emails, I still have not got the refund! They told me to drop my complaint and THEN they would refund my money. What great customer service, they didnt deliver my flowers and ruin my anniversary and now I have to jump throuh hoops to get my money back. What a pathetic company this is. I would advise everyone interested in sendind flowers to anyone >AVOID this company at all cost!
