Ordered flowers for same day delivery. Flowers were never delivered and I never received notice from fromyouflowers.com that there was a problem. When I contacted them, I was assured they would be delivered the next day with an apology. Then, I got an email that they couldn't deliver the flowers the next day either and it would be 2 more days. Never did they offer a discount, only a canned apology. When I demanded a discount, they offered just $2.99 for the same day delivery fee. Finally, I just canceled and have not heard anything back.

I should have known better. When I ordered from them last time, it was delivered on time, butto the wrong address.
