first off there is hidden fees that the consumer does not know about. if you buy a basket for 34.99 your deliv fee is anywhere from 9.99 to 17.00 plus a 3.00 handling fee.. ok that is fair enough but read the next line.

the trick is this is not a flower shop it sends the order to a real shop who puts the order together. Not bad so far..However justflowers sends 34.99 to
the real shop and not any of the extra fees. So again it will keep the deliv fee and handling fee also the express deliv which is4.99.and does not go to the real
florist for delivery. They dont even know about the express deliv. this is where the online company makes its money.

so your flowers for 34.99 now become 24.99 and why you ask? well because every florist needs a delivery fee as well but this company justflowers tells \the florist that this is it that is all they have, and fill it to cost given.

So bottom line dont expect it tocome like the picture because most florists will need alot more to make it looklike what you saw. Most times it will never
look like the pictureoh yeah on top of that they outsourced the call center to the phillipines now,
so more American jobs have been lost.
