Avoid this florist and go to a reputable florist like: ((((Redacted)))Here is Why; The wake was on 10/09/09. My aunt passed away and I went online and ordered the Basket of Comfort "with a blend of asters, delphinium, heather, iris and roses in a basket. Approximately 22" W x 25-1/2" H (from their website) which was $71.95 ($87.69 with tax and $10 delivery charge for in-town delivery) and received something very similar to the "Pink Carnation Sympathy Basket" which is a fan-shaped design of light and dark pink carnations with foliage, pink ribbon in a traditional container for $59.95. The basket was from 2 couples so we wanted it to be a nicer basket with roses. The basket I received did not have one rose and looked like very cheap coming from 2 couples. We were very embarassed. After seeing our arrangement at the 2 pm wake, I called the owner who after a 20 min. argument on the phone, agreed to refund my money. It is 9 days later- no credit issued yet. I would avoid this vendor if his employees do not know roses from carnations and the owner is a liar. 10/28/09 - Update to darlenejsawyers review about this florist. Gene the owner still has not issued a refund and when my wife calls him he has excuses and blames his employees, the same employees that got the order totally wrong to begin with. Now he has gotten verbally abusive and goes off on a rampage because my wife said she is tired of having to give him our Amex number over and over again. So he refuses to give us a refund and acts like a complete A-hole when asked to do so and has hung up on her 3 times in less than 20 minutes I can't believe he had the nerve to threaten to pick up the arrangement when we asked for a refund because the completely wrong arrangement was delivered. He even tried to negotiate the price. It does not get any lower than that. When you send the wrong, much less expensive flowers to a wake you don't offer a discount, you give a refund. That is if you have any business sense and, or compassion. Apparently Gene doesn't get it and I bet business is bad like:(((Redacted))). Here is Why; The wake was on 10/09/09.
