Be very aware when ordering from Teleflora and spending your hard-earned money. If at all possible use your own florist and have them transmit orders to another location, at least you'll have someone to go to when the order falls apart. My daughter ordered flowers for me on May 5 for Mother's Day (May 11, 2008). At the time I was working out of state and she ordered them for that address. On May 8th I advised her I would be back home for Mother's Day. On May 8 she telephoned Teleflora and updated the delivery address.

On May 10th a florist delivered the Telefora order to the incorrect address. That same day my daughter telephoned Teleflora and advised them of such. They admitted their mistake and reassured my daughter the flowers would be at the correct address on that day or on Mother's Day at the very latest. May 10, May 11 no flowers. On May 12th I called Telefora with the tracking number. They told me the flowers were delivered. I told them yes they were delivered to an incorrect address and we were not going to pay for them on the credit card but dispute the charge. I asked what happened to the corrected order and was told by a rep barely speaking english that the order was transmitted. I asked for the name of the local florist who had the order but they could not provide me with that. Later I called back and requested to speak to a supervisor. The supervisors were all "busy", I can only understand why.

Another barely speaking english rep again took my phone number and stated a supervisor would call me in 5 minutes. It's been 6 days, still no phone call. I have sent them emails, only to receive canned responses that "someone will look into the situation." Now I will do my best to warn everyone to stay away!

Can you imagine sending flowers as a surprise, Teleflora not delivering, the person you thought that received them would have at least thanked you only to determine after it was too late, that the flowers never arrived? This is a complete ripoff. I am also notifying my state's Attorney General's office as well as the local news station and Better Business Bureaus.
