Teleflora offered a "free Service fee" of 14.99. The flowers were supposed to end up costing 26.96. When I completed the order, the todal was 41.95, so I called their customer service number. The lady said it was their issue, she would get on it, and I should call back in an hour to have the total of my order adjusted to 26.96. I called back, no such luck, I asked for a manager, who then told me there was nothing she could do. I said you are going to cancel and order, instead of giving me your ADVERTISED discount? She said that was all she could do. I told her I would use 1-800-flowers from now on!

Beware Teleflora's advertised promotions and specials. When you check out, the total is not discounted, and in some cases it's higher!

I will NEVER use Teleflora again.
