Ordered placed and paid for in late October, 2011. Order total was approximately $100. Order still not fulfilled as of 2/9/2012. Emails requesting updates are ignored. Phone calls to phone number listed (not the 800 number) are not answered (call is disconnected after 1 - 5 rings).

Calls to 800 number have only one option to caller, to press "1" for customer service. When you press "1" it rings for a few times and then you are disconnected. Pressing other numbers is an "invalid option".
