Celebrity Prime Foods ripoff Thousand Oaks California

We along with several other friends were former customers of Cel. Prime Foods. They were a real rip off, here is why:

1. They promised lowered food prices with continued orders. Never happened.

2. They promised lower prices following the purchase of various consumer goods, which were expensive. Never happened.

3. They promised a 44% discount if we fullfilled our requirments to purchase merchendise. This never happened. Prines went UP!!

4. CPF refused to give us an itemized accounting of goods to include cost per item.

5. Their reps became hostile when asked to reduce or chage the order. They claimed that you needs a balanced order which was designed to drive your prices up.

6. Goods they sold were unfairly marked up, and replacement parts such as air filters erc ended up costing $220 more than they advised at the time of purchase.

7. They ignored all questions about billing, costs, and meat quality when contacting the corp. office.

8. Quality of meat cuts when down after the inital orders.

Don't repeat this mistake. Don't get ripped off. Question the relationship between the lender and CPF.
