Shipping charges are outrageous compared with other internet food vendors.

I order a 5 lb buffalo roast and they shipped 2 2.5 lb roasts.

I'll not be a repeat customer.

Well, as Grande Meats owner, this customer complaint is puzzling.   Our shipping rates are the real discounted rates offered by UPS.  We dont over price our products and then offer cheap shipping rates which is a common vendor tactic.  you know, $9.95 shipping or FREE shipping. (I guarentee somebody pays the real shipping cost and its not the vendor as a gift)  We offer premium game meats at meat store prices and then the customer pays whatever it costs to send it across the country.  We make no profit off of shipping.

as to two 2.5 lb roasts, apparently the customer wanted one big roast of 5 lbs., but you have to tell us that in the order comments section.  We are sorry for the confusion.
