My fiance and I attended a presentation at Quorom Hotel in Tampa, FL July 2005. I don't know how they found out we were engaged but nevertheless we attended the decided to attend the presentation. The presenter said that the Royal Prestige cookware was the most healthy and ve to best cookware ever created. The food would not stick and if you truly cared about your family, you would purchase it. He also said you would never have to buy cookware again because it came with a My fiancé and I attended a presentation at Quorum Hotel in Tampa, FL July 2005. The presenter said that the Royal Prestige cookware was the healthiest and the best cookware ever created. The food would not stick and if you truly cared about your family, you would purchase it. He also said you would never have to buy cookware again because it came with a LIFETIME WARRANTY. As an adult, I should have never allowed myself to be “suckered" into buying some cookware for $1800. However, I bought the cookware and it has been a disaster ever since. Food sticks to the bottom, it is impossible to clean without purchasing a special kind of cleaner not found where I am stationed. I am currently deployed in the ARMY and I have allowed them to take the minimum monthly payment out of my account each month. It is now April 2006 and I still owe $1451. In other words, I am not making a dent. I should have inquired about the return policy because when I called the distributor, they informed me that there was return policy. It states "ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND GOODS MAY NOT BE RETURNED". It should state "HA HA WE'VE GOT YOU AND THERE IS NOTHING YOU CAN DO ABOUT IT SO PAY US". I guarantee I will never allow myself to be suckered in to something like this again. Any time I come across one of these presenters, I will make sure and warn married or engaged couples about their scam. I guess I will have to bite the bullet on this one. IT IS AMAZING THAT A COUNTRY IS WILLING TO SEND ME TO WAR TO FIGHT FOR ITS FREEDOM BUT WONT GIVE ME A REFUND ON SOME $1800 COOKWARE...crazy

This update is to express my apologies for submitting the report initially. Royal Prestige is a fine company and should not be a part of this website. I love my connection with the company and again apologize for the report being submitted.

Your retraction is the MOST DAMAGING post against Royal Prestige.
Only the lowest scumbags among the lowest scumbag businesses are doing this: threatening and/or bribing people who complain publicly.
It is one thing to say 2-3 months after the original report: the company listened to my complain after all, and gave some remedy; or to post a self-humiliating forced retraction.
