TELECHECK/SCAN do not write checks to Vons grocery store consumer rip-off fraud Englewood, Colorado

I wrote a check to Vons grocery in california on 4/15 the check was returned by my bank on the 4/18 it was only presented one time. Then on april 23 telecheck presented the check again to my account and it cleared. They sent me a letter saying that I owed them 25.00. I paid that on the 20 of april.

Well now they have reported me to scan so I cannot write checks anywhere. When I call in to scan or telecheck and let them know that I do not owe them any money they said that they have to check with the bank. I faxed them a bank statement. They still claim that I have not paid. according to them they have no record of a payment.

telecheck/vons/scan a rip off they ripped me off for 25 dollars and now want to rip me off for 153 dollars. do not write checks to any grocery store unless you are positive it will clear the bank!!!!!!
