LTT Gourmet Foods HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and NEVER RECEIVED BALANCE OF ORDER Chatsworth California

Food was great, service was HORRIBLE! Several appointments were made for mid-term check that were never kept, several appointments for delivery where made and never kept and I never received a phone call. I kept calling and was put off for an hour or so and they never called back. I kept calling until I cancelled, then they were will to come out immediately. They are full of excuses and never got results. Stay away from this company there is less hassle in going to SAM'S CLUB, less wasted time in waiting for them to get around to you. After they have your money they will ignore you and never finish delivering the items you pay for. I am still waiting more than 5 months later, thinking of suing for balance.
