I worked for Tony Perchemlian, President of LTT as a salesman for one single day. I sold a customer a freezer and a six month supply of food. Upon leaving the house with deal (paperwork) in hand, I realized this is unethical. This man Tony is selling exorbitantly overpriced food ($2500.00 worth) and $400 Freezers for $2200.00.

I knew then upon leaving the house that this is unconscionable thievery. I decided immediately I will not do this any longer. "One day, one deal is too many." I turned in the paperwork for this single deal (as I'd like to paid for my efforts selling it).

I sold this deal on October 21, 2006. Today is March 28, 2007 (5 months). Though Tony was paid by the finance company immediately, I still have not been paid. He refuses to pay me.

What do you think of this guy Tony Perchemlian??

I have a court date for April 4th. I hope Tony shows. But I doubt he will.

I'll update as information comes available.

LTT Gourmet Foods - As expected ... HE DIDN'T SHOW UP for hearing.

AUTHOR: John - Glendale (U.S.A.)

As expected - Tony did not appear for the hearing. He will be given one more opportunity to respond (which he won't). Then a default judgment will be entered against him. He'll then have 30 days to pay (which he won't). Executing judgment by seizure of assets will be a pleasure.

#2 Individual Responds

Trying to FIND former employee to resolve/settle dispute

AUTHOR: Tony P. - Chatsworth (U.S.A.)

First, LTT has had no former employee named "John in Glendale". After checking employee applications we are asking if this is JOHN whose application lists a primary residence in Nevada (as a former address). If the person is JOHN hired by his friend BRET (another FORMER employee hired as a General Sales Manager) please be informed that LTT had no legal California address for you to settle any PAYROLL DISPUTE.

We are trying to determine if your lack of correct address was unintentional, or if you were hiding from someone. Please contact our corporate office to discuss this issue. Additionally, the California Labor Board did not provide us a current address, and failed to inform LTT prior to your court date of the dispute in question.

Since the case is still pending we will file a future rebuttal with our final response.

Any review of this complaint should consider the improper use of this site to besmirch the integrity of LTT Foods and its customers. A disgruntled rant from a "salesman" demanding compensation for a sale made-by-him that HE considered "ethical thievery". The "make-them-pay-me-by-any-means" approach.

Finally, our concerns lie not with former disgruntled employees who "worked" for ONE day, but to the customer who uses our products and services. The customer sold by this one-time salesman has been serviced by other qualified employees of LTT, and to this day remains an active, satisfied and continuing customer. I think that speaks volumes.

Not every person likes a 99 cent hambuger for dinner every night, JOHN.

#3 Consumer Comment

to your response tony

AUTHOR: Josh - Tucson (U.S.A.)

if you werent scam why would someone lie...... that speak for itself. If someone would go out of their time to lie about your company then maybe something is wrong. That could be just me, or maybe someone feels that LTT gourmet foods is ripping them off.
