Psychic Sandra Rochefort rip-off scam artist

She works out of New York at 101 west 23rd street,#116 New York, NY She send letter out saying that she can help people her power and when she gets your money you get nothing for your money, no service and no refund.
I sent her 27.95 and I have had no luck getting my money back. I have written to her letters three times but she won't send me my money back. I tried the post office general, the Better Business Bureau (a waste of time) but still this lady will not give my refund.
She is ripping people off with this mail scam. I even sent her
certified mail, someone gave their signature but still no refund. I know she got it because I got the receipt.
I want my money back but I also want to
stop this lady from ripping other people off before it's to late.
I HAVE LEARN FROM THIS THAT YOU CANT TRUST NO ONE
Can someone please help me get my money back?

I was wondering why I never got my report.
Sandra Rochefort is the best psychic that I have
ever had the good fortune of doing bussiness with
and I Would not be so quick to accuse her.
Something must have happend to her and someone is
using her name to make money.
Sandra Rochefort did not turn into a crook.
And, I have never seen such a hot cyber linch mob. It's only twenty-five
bucks for crying out loud.

Anyone who thinks it is just twentyfive bucks to be given away probably does not have to worry about paying bills. If this person wants to see good reports on someone they should pay back for this someone, not say it is just twentyfive bucks. Actually it was more.
The BBB a joke for sure.
