Charles J. Read is a scam.  They tell you about how easy it is to sell their payroll services, it's not!!  They are not bonded or insured and this leaves the clients at risk.  NO ONE should use this company under any circumstances.  Your tax money is at risk as is your company.  Charles does not care about his employees or his "1099" people, he is only looking to make a fast dollar.  He and Mike have created this pyramid scam with them at the top.  Run, do not get sucked into this mess.
