FLOORS TODAY sent wrong flooring and refused to give us what we paid for and was paid in full ! WILMINGTON North Carolina

we purchased hardwood flooring at floors today on July 5 2007 paid for it full it was held in storage for us till our house was built . when it was delivered they had delivered the wrong order . so my husband called to speak to sales man to tell him that it was the wrong order . he was very rude and refused to give us what we had order told us that is what we got is what we paid for he told him that we have a receipt on what we purschased and we also have the return check and he repeated again what you got is all your getting the manager was just as rude as the salesman .and i would not every recommend anyone to go to that business. plus the material we receive was very cheap and not what we had ordered and we have sample of the materials that we purchased.
