First they told me you going to be a Authorize dealer but you have to pay us
licenses an fees 5,000 thousand dollars we don't take any credit cards is got to be cash
they provide bank information deposit the money cash and they never help me again please don't let this people rob you they sound really serious but they don't the names i remember

Hello, my name is Paul and I the sales manager with Gomobiledirect.com. I tried responding to this complaint last week but I guess I did not post in the right place. No doubt this is a serious allegation and if indeed you did purchase from products from me or my crew then we no doubt would like to know just who you are so we can investigate your claim. While we are not perfect we have never not delivered on any products or services purchased from us, ever. After doing some research no one here has received any phone calls from anyone regarding any issues. As far as the authorized dealer claim, our contracts clearly state otherwise, the same contract you received prior to signup (the email with the banking information that you had acknowledged receipt of, which we can resend if you missed it) so that is a hard complaint to validate.
I'd be glad to get down to the bottom of this with but I need to know who you are and how to get in contact with you.

Paul again here with Gomobiledirect.com with a follow up. Here we are on Friday, February the 3rd of 2012, and we STILL have not heard a peep out of this alleged "customer". No email, phone call, nada. I want to help, but if you simply post substance-less complaints and don't bother to reach out to us so we can help you, well then we just can't help you.
For the record, you would think if someone purchased a product - and did not receive this product - they would continue to post on threads like this one or attempt to call us with their issues, but that is clearly not the case here.
Mr / Mrs customer I have posted our emails on the last post and we are still open to communication regarding your claims.
