It happened in CT as well as other states. Steve Bryant once he got my money was never available. Last week they told me he was on a cruise! Maybe he was spendi ng my money they owe me from a short shipment of product!

Gordon Byron the Customer Service Rep they assigned to me doing three other jobs and not available most of the time. I asked for names of other Distributors in my area to ask how they were doing - nothing came.

The phone problems W/B 11-10-08, they had an announcement sorry you can't reach us, but be assured your orders are on their way and your tracking numbers will be given to you.

Call their phone lines this week W/B 11-17 -08 and you get a messagte from their phone company - your call is not allowed and it hangs up. Try their web site and you get a message - sorry not available under construction.

Let's hear from all the Royal Gourmet Distributors out there and file a class action law suit. These people should not get away with waht they are doing!
