Fountainmountain.com, Fountain Mountain False advertising Santa Maria California

I ordered three lights per their online advertisement, under specials. The picture showed three lights advertised at 19.99. But I only received one light. I called and asked why I didn't receive three lights. I called and was basically told I was stupid. I was told that the code for the light (FTL-1LED) is self-explanatory and they were not misleading. However, the add shows three lights and states in writing, "We ordered colored lenses, got white only.

Our problem, your gain! Only $19! New Led lights with outdoor, 2-prong transformer. Burn cool, won't heat up water like halogen. Use in or out of water." The URL of the ad was http://www.fountainmountain.com/speclights.htm. I have a copy of the webpage, showing the three lights and the description, in case they have changed the page.

I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, who tried to contact Fountain Mountain, but Fountain Mountain refused to respond.

Stay away from these people. You cannot trust what they advertise.
