Santa Energy Tom Santa Peter Russell Fraud, Damaging Property, Deceit, Poor Business Practices, Bridgeport, Stamford, New Canaan Connecticut

Santa Energy is still denying that they damaged my home business and family and now the insurance company is dragging their feet to resolve this. They sent an employee from the indurance company to my home to investigate.

His name was Matt and he works for AIU Inusrance. He fully agreed that Santa Energy was liable for the damage they did to my home my business and my family. I showed him daily sales records indicating the average amount of money my office brings in each day and he agreed that Santa Energy should pay the 5000.00 to me. He went to all the rooms in my house where the smell of oil still after 4 weeks is strong and agreed that the smell is still there and that Santa Energy should have a crew come back and clean it better.

He agreed to everything I said then he went back and reported and the insurance company did NOTHING other then send a cunsultant to my home.

NOTHING has been done and I am outraged.
Santa Energy can not come into my home and damage my home my business and my family and get away with it.

Peter Russell lied to the BBB and lied to me repeatedly.

Tom Santa the owner of Sante Energy refuses to take responsibility for the actions of his employee who came to my home and did a poor job cleaning the furnace and caused the oil leak all over my basement floor.

Tom Santa the owner of Santa Energy needs to get this resolved. It will not go away until I am satisfied and Santa Energy has made amends for the damage they did.
