U.S. ENERGY SAVING CORPORATION Fraud, Charging higher prices for natural gas Chicago Illinois

My mother signed a five-year contract with US Energy Saving Corp in November 2005 because she was promised that the cost of natural gas prices would remain low and not be raised. This was all a scam. My mother's gas bill every month has been $250 or higher. This past month her bill was around $350. My mother does not speak english or understand it very well and these door-to-door sales people took advantage of her. Now she is stuck for another two years in this contract having to pay these outrageous prices. I read today that Illinois Attorney General, Lisa Madigan has filed a lawsuit in the Cook County Circuit Court against US Engergy Savings Corp allegedly selling fix-gas rates using deceptive sales tactics that falsely promise savings. I hope that all the people that US Energy ripped off get retribution.
