I HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH CREMATION OPTIONS 5450 S. STATE RD 7 SUITE 34 IN HOLLYWOOD, FL.

THE COMMUNICATIONS WITH THEM HAS BEEN AT BEST A NIGHTMARE. MY WIFES BROTHER PASSED AWAY IN NEW YOR ON DEC. 18, 2008 AND I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE A DEATH CERTIFICATE. THEY TOLD ME THEY SUBCONTRACTED OUT TO CENTURY FUNERAL AND CREMATION IN NEW YOR. I HAVE SPOKEN TO THE STATE OF NY FUNERIAL DIRECTOR IN NEW YORK AND THEY HAVE HELPED ME BUT ADVISED THAT THE RE: ABOVE MENTIONED COMPANY IN HOLLYWOOD IS A BIG QUESTION MARK. THEY HAVE ASSURED ME I WOULD GET WHAT I NEED FROM CENTURY. THEY ARE A LICENSED FUNERAL HOME IN NEW YORK. I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF THE OPERATION IN FLORIDA IS LICENSED. PLEASE REPLY AT YOUR EARLIEST OPPORTUNITY.

THIS IS ONE BIG RIP OFF OPERATION. COST $1225.00 AND THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NO COOPERATION FROM ANY OF THE ABOVE UNTIL I WROTE TO NEW YORK. SEE BELOW

I searched online to find an inexpensive service to cremate my deceased mother at the beginning of October '08 and found a site at cremationoptions.com which apparently is AAA Alpha & Omega Cremation Center. After calling them I agreed to pay a total of $1180 for the service.

Over one month later they billed me again and have not corrected it since. They are silver tongued and black hearted. There were complications and delays in the actual performance of the cremation. That was resolved after sleepless nights and sadness and guilt in that I could not afford to bury my mother properly and had to resort to the least expensive cremation service I could find. These people are like vultures who prey on the helpless and the dead. May God have mercy on their souls.

THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL DISGRACE WITH NO CONCERN FOR FAMILY OR THE DECEASED. I HAVE SPENT MUCH TIME AND MONEY TRYING TO GET THEM TO TAKE CARE OF EVERYTHING BUT HAVE GOTTEN LITTLE IF ANY COOPERATION. THEY APPARENTLY ARE A GO BETWEEN WHO SUB CONTRACTS ASTUAL WORK TO OTHER COMPANIES LOCATED WHERE DEATH OCCURRED. I HAVE REPORTED THEM TO THE NY STATE COMMISSIONER AND THE FLORIDA COMMISIONER.
TO THE OTHER COMPAINT THAT YOU RECEIVED I CAN ONLY SAY I KNOW WHAT YOU WENT THROUGH WITH THESE UNCARING PEOPLE.
