Anderson Custom Memorials Eternal Stone Memorials Paid so much on my dads memorial and now they will not answer the phone or return my calls Anderson, South Carolina

Me and my mom went up to Anderson Custom Memorials on September 23, 2009 to order my dads headstone, copin and Gravel.  I paid 300.00 down and started paying bi weekly payments on it.  Kim Anderson wrote out the contract and promised that they would get to working on it.

In Febuary of 2010 Kim called my mother and stated that they would have his head stone up before his one year anniversary.  Well in June of 2010 I had to quit work due to my health condition and I had already paid up to 850.00 on it. I called to let Kim know that I had to quit work and as soon as I got my money I would start back paying on it and she said that was fine.

In September 17, 2010 was my dads first anniversary and there was no headstone up.  I called her in January 2011 to check on it and everytime I called Michelle would always say she was gone and she would have her to call me back and I still have not heard anything from her.

Today May 26, 2011 me and my mother and sister went over to the Veterans office to get my dads foot marker and I called to get the address where they could ship it to them and Michelle told me that she did not know the address and would call me back. We have tried to call them back all day and now they will not answer the calls and she still has not returned my calls
 
All I would like is either for them to put his head stone up or give me my money back where I can get him one put up.
