Aarons Sales And Lease are violent thieves Mesquite Texas

My husband and I have been renters for over a year. Dispite the harrassing phone calls when payment is late, it had been a good experience...until this month. I understood the phone calls, they wanted the money we agreed to pay. But I have had so many problems with the employee named Chris. He has gotten violent with me on the phone and threatened to kick in my door to remove the computer if we werent home or wouldnt let him in. At this point, i had just had a baby and I told Chris he was not allowed in my home because of his violent threats in the past. Once I had gotten fed up and told him to just come and get it. He then told me he "wasnt coming to pick up shit and I can bring it to him." My husband took over the dealings with this people from that point on. I have them on my rejected call list on my phone so it sends them straight to voicemail. Now that brings us to this month, May 2010. My husband leaves to go to his moms house. He had to get gas but couldnt, card was declined. So he called me and I check our account online. It said we were negative $119. When i scrolled down further I seen an unauthorized charge from Aarons for $150.59. our monthly payment was $131. So of course my husband calls them immediately demanding return of our money. So an employee was instructed to run $150.59 to my husband at the gas station by a regional manager that happened to walk in during the call and tell my husband to return in a few days to see what NSF charges were caused due to their credit card fraud. My husband goes there the following monday showing that Aarons credit card faud caused 4 NSF charges. The store manager Aaron, basically told my husband that they werent doing anything about it and he needed to leave the store unless it was to pay the final payment due. I have contacted corporate off and they never call back. Well, when they do call. I'm going to use their tactics on them and tell them that they can eat that last payment since they caused me 140 bucks in NSF fees!
