American Freight Not professional, liars, very misleading Louisville Kentucky

I purchased a bedroom set on May 9, 2008. That same day which was a Sat. I requested that it be delivered that same day. The employee at AF assured me that everything was available and that it can be put on the truck. I waited and waited and waited. I never got a phone call from the delivery co. So I called to check on a time. The person I spoke with said the truck will be out to me no later than 8. Well 8pm came and went so I called the del. co and left a msg. I told them that it was rude of them not to call and let me know they couldnt deliver that day.

I went to AF the next day to explain and they tried to say that the del.co called me to tell me they didnt have the items in stock. I never received a call. I basically was in tears due to me being 8 months pregnant and I had cleared out the futon I was sleeping on thinking I had a bed on the way. One of the employees took it upon himself to bring me the bed and mattresses they said they didnt have in stock when he got off.

It took him some time but he did delivered my bed( I was thankful abuot that). I was told that the rest of the items would be in the following week, which it wasnt. I went up there to AF several times, called and I just kept getting the run around and lied to about the rest of the items I purchased. I finally got the dresser today which is June 4th after the manager at AF hung up on me and was rude. After a month and some days, I still am waiting on the rest of my order.

I will advise anyone not to do business with American Freight. The manager was rude and not very helpful at all. I was so polite the 4 times I went there to check on my items, but I had enough and I know that Im not the only one. They also have a problem when you ask for your money back.
